Group Archives

Working groups communicate via Google Groups, to further sustainability at UF. These are the primary Groups that we currently use:

Green Team
This group is for participants in the UF Green Team Network. Members of the Green Team act as coordinators within their department or unit for our continuing efforts to develop a sustainable university. Join this Google Group.

Sustainability Committee
UF’s sustainability committee is composed of elected faculty members, appointed faculty or staff, and selected student members. The committee's role is to promote sustainability within the university, and to enhance the university's standing as a global leader in sustainability. Join this Google Group.

UF Carbon Neutrality/Energy & Climate Change
This group pursues helping the university meet its goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2025. Join this Google Group.

UF Sustainable Transportation
Working to enhance sustainable modes of transportation on campus and in the local community. Join this Google Group.

UF Sustainability
This forum is where you can post questions and join discussions on Sustainability topics of interest at the University of Florida. Join this Google Group.

Anyone can view these Groups’ information online without logging in, but in order to fully participate in a Group you will need to join the Group and create an account. To join, visit the website addresses above and click on “Apply for group membership,” “Join this group,” etc. You can use your existing Google account to sign in, or create one if you haven’t already. You may also use your UFL email address and password to create an account. If you have any questions or difficulties using the Groups, feel free to contact Jessica Song.

Once you are signed up, you can choose to receive an email each time something is posted, receive a “digest” of messages each day, or receive no emails and just read messages on the web. This setting can also be changed at any time by clicking on “edit my membership” when you are logged into your account.

Once you’re signed in, you can also:
