Video Innovation Contest

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is hosting this contest. Your challenge is to use an assigned, everyday object to create as much "value" as possible, and capture it on video. You must sign up online to participate. The winning video will be debuted on November 4 at the Performing Arts Center and receive a cash prize. Key dates:

* October 28, Wednesday: Mystery object revealed on CEI website at Noon
* November 2, Monday: Final videos due by 8:00 AM

Style Your Sole Event

* November 3 - 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Reitz Union Colonnade, express your creativity while helping children in need--participants can bring their own pair of TOMS canvas shoes (available locally at The Exchange or purchase a pair at the event).

* November 4 - 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM, Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, show is free and open to the public. Seating is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets will be made available the day of the event, November 4, at the University Box Office as well as the Phillips Center, starting at Noon.
